To assist you in determining the correct asking price, I will provide you with a comprehensive market analysis of comparable properties that have sold, expired and are currently for sale. With this information we can set your home at a realistic price for the current market.
Professional Advice
You will be kept up to date on the state of the market, the sale of similar properties, and any other factors which may affect the progress of the sale. I will advise you of any necessary repair, and how you may best prepare your home for showing. A home that shows well to Buyer’s means more money in your pocket.
Promotion of Your Home to Other Realtors
The most effective advertising is letting the other realtors know about your home since 42% of the Buyer’s in Kamloops in 2006 found their home through their Realtor. I will book a realtor tour and email the realtors in the Kamloops area the features of your home.
Signage

I will hold open houses at your request and help advise you if one would aid in the sale of your home.
Lockbox
For your convenience I will install a lockbox to aid other realtors in showing your home so we don’t miss out on any showings.

I will advertise your home in the Real Estate Review and 24 hours a day on the following websites: www.kamloopshomesonline.com and www.mls.ca. 28% of the Buyer’s in Kamloops in 2006 found their new homes through the newspaper and looking at websites online.
Pre-Qualify Potential Buyers
I do my best to bring buyers who have a bona fide interest in your home. I interview potential buyers to determine their financial qualifications before presenting an offer.
Offers
I will present all offers and help advise you on how to proceed with the offer. I will update you on any new sales, expired and new listings since your last update.
Marketing
Since every home and every Seller is different I will tailor the marketing of your home to suite your lifestyle and needs. My services are not limited to what is listed above and do not have to be included in the marketing of your home.
